The Collaboration

Chef Marcus O’Laoire worked with us to reimagine kombucha using Sea Buckthorn, a vibrant Irish coastal berry with a bright, citrus-like edge.

Looking for an Irish ingredient that could deliver natural citrus notes, Marcus was drawn to Sea Buckthorn, which grows wild along Ireland's coastline.

He paired this with warming ginger for balance and depth.

The result is a bright, refreshing kombucha built for summer drinking.

Why this drop is so special

For the duration of this limited release, profits from Sea Buckthorn & Ginger Kombucha sold in participating cafés, bars and retailers will be donated to Marcus O’Laoire’s fundraiser for Our Lady’s Hospice, in memory of his father who was cared for there.

We’re also donating profits from all online case sales to support the same initiative.
